  1. Yeah, this is great. I feel as if i've just hit the gym and had a great sleep, at the same time.

    Perfect addition to loosen those muscles up after stretching for a pancake split!

    I seriously need to take up a class, i don't care what anyone says. I love socialising, and i can see this being an awesome experience while meeting some great people!

  2. can't do Yoga yet….but ill be starting in 4 weeks hopefully. I have been looking for something to do after i give birth that is not going to tire me…this looks perfect. Good luck everyone else.

  5. Wow, I loved this so much. I broke a little sweat, too. Very soothing… I love how casual you are. The reason I was so turned off by yoga is I thought there were so many "rules" and do's and don'ts for poses… But you encourage truly listening to ourselves. <3 Can't wait for tomorrow.

  6. Day 1 and while I didn't manage to complete all the poses I do feel brighter, more aware and pretty positive. Thank you. Trying to decide if I should redo Day 1 or move onto Day 2 tomorrow.
