60 minutes Yin Yoga for the Spine. This free online yoga class is a perfect and sometimes necessary complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. This yoga class loosens out any tension in the spine and will relax the mind as well.

  4. I LOVE how she has a beginner on here. I'm as flexible as wood, so it's intimidating to see people fall easily into these poses. Plus many don't show how to pose as a beginner.
