  1. Thank you so much for this video!! I'm making a big move this weekend and I'm extremely stressed and very anxious and having some panic.  I feel lonely and depressed even though my family is there. I put more on myself then I should!! You have helped out tremendously, thank you!!!

  2. This yoga video is a god send. I've always thought that calling a video anxiety relief is clickbate but no this actually works wonders. I suffer from an eating disorder and when ever the thoughts in my head get too much I put on this video and for 27 minutes I'm calm. I was wondering if you could do a video targeted for those suffering with eating disorders as yoga is extremely healing as it's an exercise form that focuses on all your body instead of calorie burning or weight loss, and a lot of suffers get recommended yoga in their recovery. So a video for helping those with an ed will be so helpful. Love your channel

  3. Hi Adriene. Thank you so much for this. Your videos have really saved me. I have felt so stressed and anxious today. Thank you for making these videos available for people — I don't even have to leave my house nor spend any money to work on and actually create an experience that improves my body, mind and soul every day. I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am to have discovered your videos. You are my favorite yoga instructor because I feel like I can get a little workout in while cultivating self-love and awareness, and you are hilarious and I feel like you're my friend. I am always excited to start my yoga video with you and I always always feel better. So thanks for that.

  4. Thank you so much for this! I was fighting off a panic attack while driving earlier and really needed to just process what had happened. This sequence really opened me up and I was able to let my emotions out (even a few tears) and clear my head. Adding this one to my favorites!

  5. In the last posture, I could not stretch out perfectly. I was encumbered by boxes and furniture. (My pet rabbit ran me over like a freight train.) All of these things could have destroyed my practice. Nonetheless, I smiled because it reminded me that life is rich and chaotic and fulfilling.
