during "downward dog leg rise", I felt a searing pain in the back of my head and felt like I would start bleeding from my nose.
does it work
this is good, challanging but good:) just took breaks between rounds

Really hard. especially for arms, couldnt do everything, but it was challanging and exciting
This was much more challenging than I expected! It got my heart pumping. That last exercise was the toughest, but maybe that's because it was the last one of a gruelling session.

This was by far the hardest workout. could not even think of the third round. But i am going to get at it.
Combining this along with cardio, will it be a complete exercise routine?

My body: HOW IS KELLI NOT ON THE FLOOR IN A BREATHLESS CRUMPLED HEAP LIKE WE ARE!!?!!
this is really heavy on the shoulders (walk down push ups, holding the push up position a lot)

i CAN'T DO PUSHUPS!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am good and can do every exercise of your weight training and hiit workouts.But i can't do even ONE pushup.It's really frustrating

First time doing this video. Loved it! Yes my wrist hurt but in time they do get used to it so im not worried. Says you burn 250-320 calories doing this!
