  1. Thanks so much for a such intense ab workout. After 10 months of doing this workout incorporated with your yoga 1 I actually have a six pack and am 55 years old. Goes to show age isn't a factor.. u can be amazing at any age. Xx

  2. I workout regularly so I already have a toned stomach but after completing this workout and looking in the mirror, my abs were even more toned than before! Thank you for this , always love your workouts!

  3. I liked the exercises, but I would like to give some constructive criticism. I think you should show the move at least once before you start doing it. It is my first time watching and by the time you are at 2 I am doing just the first rep as I had to look at what you are doing. In addition, you were going too fast I mean between exercises giving me even less time to watch what you are doing.
