  1. Thank you for putting your story on youtube. At my heaviest two months ago, I was at a similar weight of 242lbs. I am on my journey as you were and down to 208. My goal is to get exactly to where you are and I will watch this video over and over again when I need motivation until I get there. I am so happy I have finally found someone just like me who has reached the same goal I am striving for. Thank you again and God Bless.

  2. Maaaaan, you're warrior! Please tell me some about your bubble nipples (gino or lipo?) on the beginning ? They disappeared?
    I have the same problem and i don't know that they will disappear ;/

  3. Very inspiring. Excellent choice to focus on body weight and balance exercises that build forearm, shoulder, and lat strength. Even when you were in the 25-ish bodyfat range, it was easy to see you were building strength and not just "gym muscles."

    One of the best transformations I have ever seen.

  4. I used to go to the gym, 3 days a week and football with friends (and swimming afterwards) every single Friday. I was 60 kg at 5 foot 5, pretty healthy level. Not ripped, but healthy still. Then I came to Lanka. Going to gym suddenly required a lot of money and I didn't have many friends here. It's been 5 and half years since and I now sit at 87 kg. I've been trying to make an effort to lose weight, but I just can't seem to continue for more than a week. The laziness just keeps winning. Not anymore!

  5. Bro, I am also a calisthenic lover and have shed over 35 kgs myself. didn't document it though,
    but the journey has been really a smack; the confidence one gets; the discipline one acquired, I would say that I was blessed being obese; its' an experience worth having…:)
    Keep Growing; and I hope to get in league with you someday; I like to motivate people myself and hope to get in the fitness industry someday;
    your video has been a motivation!!
